1. Under Client Management, Saved User Audiences > Add New.
2. Add the appropriate title and select the proper Targeted Audience Category (Neighbourhood Mail)
3. In the Audience Summary tab, fill out the fields, especially the Last Updated Field.

4. Go to the NM Audiences tab, enter the values for the NM Audience ID and upload the Audience .pt or .est file.

5. Click publish and you’re all set.
