How To Find And Replace Your Info in the Email Signature HTML

1. Open the Signature HTML File

Use any code editor (VS Code, Sublime, Notepad++, basic Notepad or even within Monday.com settings).

2. Search for Your Email

  1. Press Ctrl + F (Windows) or Cmd + F (Mac) to open the Find bar.
  2. Type: href="mailto:
  3. This will highlight the email link in the HTML.
  4. Replace the existing email (e.g., contact@postnow.ca) with your own email address.

Example:

<a href="mailto:yourname@postnow.ca">yourname@postnow.ca</a>

3. Search for Your Phone Number

  1. Use Find again
  2. Type: href="tel: or tel:
  3. Replace the placeholder phone number with your direct line.

Example:

<a href="tel:780-123-4567">780-123-4567</a>

4. Update the Visible Text Too

Make sure both the link and the displayed text match.

Example:

<a href="tel:780-123-4567">780-123-4567</a>

5. Save and Re-upload

Save the updated HTML and paste it back into your email signature settings.
